Having trouble with a tool? Here are the most common fixes. If your issue isn't listed, get in touch.
Common Issues
- Image doesn't load Make sure your file is a standard image format (JPEG, PNG, WebP). Very large files (over 20MP) may be slow to process. Try a smaller version.
- Tool feels slow or unresponsive All processing happens in your browser. Performance depends on your device and image size. Try reducing the image resolution or closing other tabs.
- Controls aren't working Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser. These tools work best in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
- Downloaded image looks different The exported PNG matches exactly what's on the canvas. If you're in a specific view mode (e.g. value steps, palette map), that's what gets exported.
- Mobile layout issues The tools are designed primarily for desktop use. On mobile, the sidebar stacks above the canvas. For the best experience, use a laptop or desktop.
